In today's Episode of the Online Learning Podcast, I have the pleasure of speaking with Richard Lock, a presentation skills expert.  With all his experience and expertise Richard knows a great deal of successful business and people management comes down to effective communication. In theory this appears straight forward, yet the reality is frequently much more challenging. This is summed up by one of his favorite quotes; 'the single biggest problem with communication is the illusion it is taking place' from George Bernard Shaw. When asked about what he does, Richard has been known to say he is an interpreter, and when asked about which languages he says English to English.
